CHRISTINE HAN
Board Director
Christine Han is a rising junior from New Jersey and the Founder and Director of ADI. She is currently pursuing East Asian Studies and Organization Studies at Brown University. Christine started ADI her junior year of high school after learning about the Bamboo Ceiling, and the implications it can have on Asian American students. In her free time, she enjoys baking, penny boarding, and watching K-dramas.

JUSTIN CHAI
Ambassadors Advisors Director
Justin Chai, the co-founder of ADI, is a Chinese-American student at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, double majoring in engineering and economics. Justin participated in the pilot chapters of ADI in junior and senior year of high school, respectively. He established a successful highschool chapter and worked with other L.A. chapters in order to collaborate with external Asian-Pacific Islander nonprofits and communities. In his free time, Justin enjoys playing strategy games and basketball.
CATHERINE MAH
Marketing Director and Social Media Manager
Catherine Mah is a senior from Crosspoint High School in the Bay Area. She is passionate about her leadership and using her skills to promote social justices, as she is a part of many non-profits. In her free time she likes to play Basketball and hang out with friends.
SANDRA TANG
Newsletter and Website Editor
Sandra Tang is a rising junior from Los Angeles and is the Newsletter and Website Lead of ADI. She is currently majoring in Computer Science and minoring in design at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Sandra joined ADI as a rising high school senior and cares deeply about equity and equal opportunities for education. She is also interested in magazine design, indie game development, fostering community, and hackathons.

Project Director
Eric Vo is a rising sophomore from California and ADI's Executive Project Coordinator. He is currently pursuing Human Biology and Society at UCLA. Eric joined ADI his junior year of high school due to the lack of diversity and lack of a cultural safe space on his school campus. In his free time, he enjoys napping, taking care of his plants, and scrolling endlessly through TikTok.

NANCY NGUYEN
Newsletter Manager and Graphics
Nancy Nguyen is a junior at Boston Latin School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a Newsletter Manager and Graphic Designer at ADI. She joined as a staff member to help empower Asian youths and promote Asian culture and diversity. In her free time, she enjoys painting, bullet journaling, watching Marvel, and going on boba dates with her friends.
ERIC YU
Deputy Liason
Hi! I'm Eric, and I'm a current senior at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South in West Windsor, New Jersey. I'm serving as the Deputy Liaison for ADI. In college, I plan on studying business/economics as well as maybe psychology and/or French. I joined ADI because I wanted to help raise awareness of, and tackle, issues specific to the Asian American community (like the Bamboo Ceiling). Outside of school and ADI, I like cooking new recipes (huge foodie!) and dabbling in videography/graphic design.
Aurora Hom
Ambassador Advisor
Aurora Hom is an incoming freshman at Hunter College, majoring in Political Science. She is extremely passionate about Gender and Race Studies. Aurora joined ADI as a senior in high school and helped start the ADI branch at Brooklyn Tech. She wants to fight for representation of Asian Americans in different spheres and to dismantle oppressive systems. In her spare time, Aurora likes to listen to music, play the clarinet, and take photos around New York City.

DANIEL LEE
Project Manager
Daniel Lee is a senior from Ames High School in Iowa. After participating in ADISP during the summer of 2020, he joined the staff as the Project Manager to help empower the voices of Asian American students nationwide. For leisure, Daniel likes to listen to Jacob Collier and watch Binging with Babish.

Content Manager
Mona Matsuda is a rising college freshman and Content Manager at ADI. She is going to be pursuing an Engineering and Business degree at the University of Washington Seattle. Mona joined ADI because she wanted to explore more about leadership in the Asian community. In her free time, she enjoys driving around and watching Kdramas.

Ambassador Advisor
Jasmine To is a current junior from California and is one of ADI's Ambassador Advisors. She joined ADI to help spread awareness about the harmful stereotypes placed upon Asian American students and the adversities that come with it. Additionally, she loved the idea of collaborating with students with similar ambitions. Some of her interests are baking treats, working out, and reading books.
NATALIE JI
Ambassador Advisor
Natalie Li is a high school rising senior from Orange County, California and is the co- Ambassador Advisor for District 1 & 2. Natalie joined ADI through the 2020 ADISP Cohort then joined the staff for the 2020-2021 school year. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Chia, watching K-dramas, and crocheting.

LILY LIN
Ambassador Advisor
Lily Lin is a rising sophomore from Los Angeles, CA and is an ambassador advisor for ADI. She is currently majoring in Computer Science and Cognitive Science at the University of California Berkeley. Lily was previously a deputy ambassador and ambassador in her junior and senior year of high school, establishing an ADI chapter at her high school. Her other interests and hobbies include UI/UX design, restorative justice, and listening to podcasts while taking long walks.
